Seeking full General Manager for a busy Greenpoint diner. Some previous manager experience required. Looking for a friendly, hard working person willing to get their hands dirty and keep up with fast paced service.
Responsibilities and Job Expectations:
-Staff Scheduling, hiring and training
-Some experience with understanding ordering and budgeting
-Focus on closely managing the floor and staff during shifts
-full time 45-50 hours a week with two consecutive days off
-responsible for covering shifts when needed
-Organized individual who is able to implement structure and friendly hospitality
-Cultivating a team player environment for efficient and smooth service
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00)
