The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills with experience managing a team of kitchen staff in a busy environment as well as a passion for great food and excellent service.They will be responsible for creating the menu, training all BOH staff while managing the cost of goods for the restauarant.
English required and spanish a big plus, but not neccessary.
6-8 + years of fine dining required.
Passion for creating incredible food that delights and attracts customers. Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment. Creative and innovative thinking. Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($85,000.00 - $95,000.00)
