Bourke Street Bakery is seeking qualified, friendly baristas for immediate start at;
CHELSEA - 162 8th Ave.
* Part-time BARISTA - available 6am opens & WEEKENDS (20-25 hrs)
NOMAD - 15 E 28th St.
* Part-time BARISTA - available weekends, must be available on Sundays (15-20 hrs)
GRAND CENTRAL TERMINAL
* Part-time BARISTA - WEEKENDS (15-20 hrs)
Compensation: $15 per hour, negotiable on experience + tips - (average range $20-$28), paid weekly
Required: Legal USA work status
BARISTAS;
* Able to jump in and prepare a delicious cortado, piccolo or macchiato
* Expertly prepare consistent coffee (that hits the sweet spot) in a fast-paced, warm and welcoming environment.
* Punctual, early riser & reliable
* Extensive barista experience (1 YEARS MINIMUM) in making quality espresso, including dialing in, maintaining consistent espresso extraction and experience in batch brewing.
* Preferable if familiar with La Marzocco type machine
* Able to work weekends

* Happy taking orders and other aspects of café service; a proactive worker
* Love to stay busy, keeping our shops clean and organized
PLUS: having your New York Food Handlers’ License
All bakeries open at different times and 7 days a week.
