Little Ripper is now accepting applications for all Front of House positions, including servers, bartenders, baristas, and runners/bussers. This is an opportunity to help shape an exciting growing local business and be a part of a tight-knit, talented team. 

Skills we are looking for include:

-A background in full-service cafes and restaurants

-Serving, Barista, and/or Bartending experience (we only offer beer and wine, not full liquor)

-A solid working knowledge of espresso, coffee, natural wines, and craft beer

-Warm, hospitable, and professional demeanor

-Familiarity with dietary restrictions and food safety guidelines. CA Food Handler’s certification

-Experience with restaurant POS (We use Toast)

We value staff who are hardworking, pay close attention to detail, and who genuinely enjoy connecting with guests and cultivating relationships with regulars. We aim to keep our staff small to ensure everyone has the number of shifts desired, and encourage cross training. We have an “all hands on deck” ethic, and our pooled tips policy reflects this.

These positions offer hourly wages plus tips, and plenty of potential for growth. Everyone has the opportunity to advance, and we are happy to provide additional training to those wanting to do so.

Please be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays. Training will begin in Mid-October.
