SUPERVISOR
Calling all magical beings!
We are currently looking for a strong & responsible Shift Supervisor to join our team and oversee our Front of House staff. You will also need to ensure the smooth operation of the venue as well as strict adherence to our standards of service and delivery of a one-of-a-kind experience. A good position for someone looking to learn and grow in Hospitality in a fun and exciting atmosphere.
An Ideal Candidate would train as a Bartender or Server/Potion Master with a combination of the following skills…
- Two years’ experience as a server or bartender.
- Beverage knowledge with an emphasis on cocktails. Cocktail bartending experience is a plus.
- Live performance experience helpful but not necessary
- Familiarity and interest in fantasy, including but not limited to Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Stormlight Archive, etc.
- Open availability to include Saturday and Sunday is a must.
You will be part of leading a team providing our immersive experience that brings magic to life with technology and science in ticketed and pre-booked cocktail making classes (with working magic wands), and a walk-in fantasy inspired bar and restaurant.
Main Duties will include:
Operations
- Maintaining venue operations, the general experience and the atmosphere during service.
- Day-to-day running and maintenance. Adhering to company regulations and recommended service formats/procedures to deliver a high-end product to our patrons.
- Facilitating the appropriate “magical atmosphere” created by the staff and venue.
- Opening and closing duties.
Staff
- Managing staff through daily service and side work.
- Ensuring al staff adhere to company policies and procedures and escalating to a manager when necessary.
- Ensuring staff are clocked in and out/are arriving on time.
- Ensuring safety and well-being of all staff members.
