QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have at least 2 years of high-volume culinary management experience
- General oversight of Superba’s culinary vision, standard and operation
- Hire, train and develop a high performing, motivated and positive culinary team
- Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of business ops and financials
- Posses ingredient knowledge and an understanding of culinary trends
