Can read and execute recipes accurately, work efficiently and keep a tidy workspace.
Cooperate with, communicate with, resolve conflicts with, and show respect to guests, co-workers, and management.
Interested in learning new skills, taking on new responsibilities, and improving performance.
Professional experience working in a commercial kitchen. Knowledge of food safety/sanitation.
Basic math skills.
Reliable transportation - punctual and reliable.
Comfortable standing, bending and lifting (up to 50 lbs) during the entire duration of an eight hour shift.
