Our team is seeking an experienced part- time Sushi Chef.
Requirements:
*2 years minimum of New York City restaurant experience
*Must have prior sushi experience
*Must have knowledge of Japanese cooking technique and traditional ingredients
*Able to maintain great attention to detail in a fast paced environment
*This individual must be consistent under pressure
*Can-do, positive attitude
*Must be able to communicate with the team in an efficient and effective manner
*New York City Food Handler’s Certification is a plus
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $24.00)
