Job Details

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Are you a highly organized, proactive, and professional individual with exceptional multitasking skills? Are you known for your dependability, relatability, and punctuality? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Executive Assistant.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, promptly responding to inquiries and redirecting messages as needed. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring seamless and hassle-free experiences for executives.
  • Meeting Logistics: Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and distribute materials in a timely manner. Follow up on action items to drive progress and accountability.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance such as managing executives’ calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, managing documents, maintaining records, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and on time.
  • Conduct research: Compile information to support decision-making processes.
  • Special Projects:  Assist in maintaining the restaurant's Special Events platform by answering correspondences via the reservation platform, including creating contracts and customized menus.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take charge and handle tasks independently.
  • Professional demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable and punctual, able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, with great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00)
