QB Hospitality is a growing multi-functional restaurant group that currently owns and operates several well-known establishments in NYC, including Angelina Bakery, Antoya BBQ, Katherine Meets Toni, and Anto Korean Steakhouse. We are growing our team at Katherine Meets Toni and looking for a General Manager to join the management team.

Katherine is cocktail lounge located on 41st West 35th Street seeking a General Manager in the heart of Midtown, featuring one-of-a-kind cocktails developed by Shigefumi “Shige” Kabashima (cocktail developer of famed cocktail bar, Angel’s Share) with Italian and Korean menu items.
The newly designed, energetic 65 seat space will offer lunch and dinner service, and happy hours. We're looking for a partner to help us operate and grow Katherine.
General Duties:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong bar-centric experience
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in Hospitality-related field or equivalent experience
- An understanding of Labor and COGS management
- Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development
- Excellent conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- A positive attitude and an eagerness to learn and grow
