Be part of Chef Thomas Keller’s newest restaurant: Bouchon Bistro Coral Gables! We are seeking skilled and dedicated individuals who are enthusiastic about food, beverage and hospitality to join our dining room team as a Barista.

Bouchon Bistro Coral Gables will showcase authentic, seasonally driven French bistro fare in a 160-guest indoor/outdoor space (with additional outdoor and private dining seating) in the historic La Palma building. It’s the third Bouchon Bistro for Chef Keller, following his flagship location in Yountville, CA, and Bouchon Bistro in Las Vegas, NV. 

Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 0-1 yearsof previous experience in a similar role.
