Counter Staff / Butcher's Assistrant at Curtis Stone's Michelin Starred Gwen Butcher Shop and Restaurant in Hollywood.

We are looking for an energetic person to join the team and further their experience. Candidates should have a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Opportunities for growth available within the company.

The counter staff / butcher's assistant responsibilities are to set up, prepare, maintain the bakery & coffee areas and display case of the butcher shop, assist guests, prepare coffee drinks and cashiers duites. Also will assist in production of various items from the butcher shop such as: slicing and packaging charcuterie, wrapping/packaging raw meat and will maintain shop cleanilness.

Requirements:
Prior butcher/meat department experience preferred, but not required
Able to follow instructions as a member of the team
Able to participate as a collaborative member of the team
Reliable, hardworking, proactive & organized
Ability to priortize tasks and adapt to ever evolving situations
Able to work independently, without constant supervision
Flexible schedule, able to weekends, and some holidays

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $20.00) plus tips
