The Retail Specialist will be responsible for facilitating the guest experience at 919 Café by DB. Ideal candidates will be team oriented and comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment and have prior retail, barista and/or food service experience.
Essential Duties:
- Greet guests
- Ring up customers and handle monetary transactions
- Prepare coffee & tea orders; pick up drinks
- Prepare sandwiches and other hot food orders
- Assist in retail sales
- Full knowledge of the menu and gourmet products
- Exemplify the highest standards of excellence in hospitality, cleanliness, and guest service.
