POSITION REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge and previous experience with Italian food & wine highly preferred but not required
• 2 years minimum experience as a Bartender in an upscale, fast-paced restaurant
• Passion for and growing knowledge of detailed cocktail preparation, recipes, and proper glassware
• Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant and various off-premises event areas quickly and safely, stand up for long periods of time, and push, pull and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to comply with company’s health and safety standards.
