We are looking for enthusiastic individual with a passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn to join our team as a Food Runner.
The Food Runner acts as the eyes and hands of the kithen. In addition to running food to tables, the Food Runner is responsible for maintaining clear communication between the Expeditor regarding aspects of service. This role requires a thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients used, purveyors, and preparation methods. An exceptional food runner can deliver this knowledge to guests in an organized and articulate manner. As a liaison between the kitchen and the guest, Food Runners should strive to create a more memorable dining experience for every guest.
Qualified individuals should have 1 – 2 years experience in a similar role. Successful applicants must be available Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00 PM until business demands.
