About the client
We are excited to be working with a fast-casual restaurant group with locations across the US. They are looking for a General Manager in Farragut North to lead the team and drive their continued success.
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the restaurant’s day-today operations including staff management, customer service, and financial performance
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and quality
- Work closely with the kitchen operations to ensure a smooth service for guests
- Ensure all guest queries and issues are addressed and rectified in a prompt, efficient manor
- Be financially astute, manage inventory levels, sales and cost controls
Key Requirements:
- 2 years management experience at a quick service restaurant
- Strong financial acumen, able to read and evaluate P&L statements
- Superb leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule
