We are looking for a solid Assistant Manager to take on this amazing restaurant and support and grow with the company.
Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Mentoring and developing a dynamic and diverse team of up to 10 members
- Interacting with our guests and sharing the company’s story and values
- Driving sales and promotions through creative tactics and various seasonal campaigns
- Ensuring that the restaurant is operating smoothly on all fronts each day
- Establish a great culture inside your four walls
The Ideal Assistant Manager Candidate;
- 2 + years in a supervisory position in a similar Fresh Food, QSR Environment
- High-volume, fast-pace experience
- Can-do attitude and great problem solver
- Savvy with numbers
- Strong team leader and knows how to motivate
- Hold themselves and teams accountable
