Line Cook Experience on the Grill and Saute is required. Our other culinary team members have been on board for 7-10 years. Professional and supportive management, and well trained front of the house.
Positive attitude , solid work ethics , and own transportation is a MUST.
We own and serve in our 5,000 sq. ft. building. We offer free parking to all employees on site
We have 48 seats in our inside dining rooms and courtyard seating up to 32. The second floor is our Island Park Room which features meeting and event space for up to 50. We book a lot of special occassion events, that when worked is extra income to your regular pay if they take place in off schedule hours.
Hours of operation make for a nice balance of work life vs personal life. 8am-4pm on M-F with additional hours on Wednesday only for dinner 5pm-10pm. Closed on Sundays
Closed Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day and July 4th.
Get your creative juices flowing with lunch specials, Wednesday dinner specials and our dinner to go options Monday - Friday. If that's not enough, plan a wine dinner menu or wine vs beer dinner menu. We're the only restaurant on Daniel Island that has a smoker! Yes, we smoke Boston Butts, Beef Tenderloin and Salmon!
