Yunomi Handroll is hiring for:

*Handroll Chefs

Restaurant experience is preferred. Bellow please find list of responsibilities and qualifications for the positions.


-Recent experience relevant to these positions.
-Ability and focused to work in a fast-paced and high volume environment.
-General knowledge in cooking procedures, ingredients, cleanliness, sanitation and food safety procedures.
-Must have good English verbal skills and with ease be able to communicate with team members
-Adept to communicate and effectively with both back and front of the house teams.
-Fully understand state and local food sanitation regulations
-Must have sense of urgency when working in the kitchen.


-Greet & communicate with customers, make them feel welcome at the bar.
-Make handrolls for guests sitting at the bar
-Prepare rice
-Clean as you go mentality.
-Prepare fish and vegetable ingredients for handrolls
-Make orders for carry out station
-Opening and closing procedures of the assigned kitchen station.
-Hold cleanliness of the kitchen or station as important as production.
-Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
-Work with the kitchen team on completing preparation of food items on time.
-Must be willing to participate in monthly team cleaning activities.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($17.50) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $500
