Responsibilities:
- Ensures excellent product quality.
- Provide friendly, professional & welcoming customer service.
- Completing all opening & closing checklists.
- Knowledgeable of all menu items and familiarizes themself with the recipe book.
- Maintains organization behind the stall and back prep area.
- Other duties as assigned by the Pastry Chef.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relavent pastry experience.
- Able to multitask effectively and work in a fast paced environment.
- Must have open and flexible availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Able to follow written and verbal directions and recipes.
