- Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant or high-end resort restaurant.
- Strong passion for culinary excellence and the desire to contribute and share insights.
- Proven ability to develop and manage a strong and happy Kitchen Team.
- Experience with inventory and ordering.
- Stable job history which demonstrates upward career progression.
