Job Details
Our cute & cozy natural wine bar/shop with a neighborhood, family-friendly patio/sandwich shop is looking for a General Manager to help lead our team & grow the business. The GM is generally responsible for making sure things are going well in general (i.e. - achieving the mission and financial objectives). They implement & oversee processes, policies, and systems for personnel, products, sales, & facility/equipment as well as lead, listen, manage, & support the staff to improve performance, raise standards, & exemplify our core values.
Qualifications
- Management experience in full-service restaurants or bars. Additional retail experience is preferred.
- Advanced wine knowledge or willingness to gain it fast!
- Must be compassionate & play well with others.
- Strong oral & written communication skills including the ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking staff.
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills.
- Open availability & willingness to cover all positions.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary/Hourly (Based on Experience)
