Responsibilities:
- Masterfully mix, laminate, and prepare croissant dough following our precise recipes.
- Oversee the intricate lamination process, ensuring layers are uniform and meet our quality standards.
- Ensure all croissant dough is prepared to meet daily production demands.
- Prepare cookie dough as required, maintaining our standards of quality.
- Assist and contribute in the creation and production of seasonal and special edition items such as pies, holiday treats, and brand collaboration projects.
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized workspace.
- Comply with food safety standards and guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with the retail bakery team and external collaborators when required to ensure seamless integration of products and uphold consistency.
- Assist in the inventory management of ingredients, particularly focusing on those used for croissants and special projects.
- Participate in product development and testing, especially when introducing new varieties or improving current recipes.
- Safely operate, clean, and maintain bakery equipment, with emphasis on tools used for lamination and specialty projects.
Qualifications:
- Three of baking experience, with a pronounced expertise in croissant dough preparation and lamination.
- Proficiency in the technicalities of dough lamination.
