We are looking for a bright, energetic, and service-driven floor manager with an aptitude for providing effortless service. Strong candidates will have a positive attitude and a commitment to creating the best experiences for our guests through food, beverage and the personal touches that elevate the dining experience. As a floor manager, you will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and guest-service standards.
We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with guets and balance seating capacity. We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and guests have pleasant dining experiences.
