Assisant Manager

We are an award winning and local favorite brunch hot spot in Cambridge for over 18 years.

Cafe Luna is a high paced environment with a positive work environment.

This person will work directly with the management team to ensure the continuous quality of our food, service, and establishments.

Candidates will help perform and assist all FoH roles including the: host, server, bartender, barista, back server, food runner, etc.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills required
• Drive for personal growth in the service industry
• Create and maintain an employee shift schedule
• Oversee day-to-day operations in the FoH
• Experience with inventory tracking & product ordering helpful
• Ensure customer satisfaction 100% of the time by quickly fixing any service or food issues
• Experience with Resy and/or Toast is a benefit

Full-time

Set schedule depending on your needs, and our needs.

Weekend shifts are roughly 8-5, weekdays 8-3.

At least one weekend shift required.

We currently serve breakfast and lunch only. We are opening a new dinner location in the next few months leading to more upward opportunities.
