Each chef’s event is a reflection of the chef’s background, passions and memories. We offer guests the unique opportunity to connect with the faces behind their food.

We are looking for Event Leads to join our team who will be responsible for executing events from start to finish.

Our Event Lead's schedule is flexible and will vary, depending on the number of Events being hosted week to week.  The Event Lead will have the opportunity to apply for events via our scheduling platform and will have the ability to choose which events they work. The Event Lead will be executing events with a robust team of freelancers onsite. We are looking for an autonomous leader that thrives in an independent working environment.

Responsibilities:

An Event Lead with Resident is responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks:

  • Time + Attendance. Ensure that hourly staff clocks in and out properly both for their shift and their break in our time + attendance platform.
  • Reporting. Fulfill closing administrative tasks for each event (end-of-night report, post-event survey reports from team members, approve staff timesheets at the end of each event, etc)
