DMK Burger Bar is hiring a General Manager

Established in 2009 in the heart of Lakeview, DMK Burger Bar is the flagship location of DMK Restaurants. A beloved neighborhood gem and a Chicago destination for chef-driven, creative burgers using grass-fed beef. DMK is a fast-growing company with tremendous opportunities for long-term career investement. We invite you to join our team of hard-working, hospitality-driven individuals.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

At least 1 year of experience at the management level (AGM or GM)
Strong work ethic
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Experience with hiring, onboarding and training new hires
Passion for hospitality
Experience with beverage purchasing, product knowledge and costing
Experience writing schedules and adhering to target labor percentages
Time management skills
Thrives in a leadership position
Respected by their peers
Interest in more opportunity with growing company

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $85,000.00)
