La Mercerie located in the Roman and Williams Guild in Soho, by chef Marie Aude-Rose celebrates everyday French cooking. Bordier butter, Whole roasted Heritage Chicken with shallot confit, and a rich flourless chocolate cake are just a few examples of the seasonal menu of La Mercerie. From brunch to dinner, aperitifs and wine pour continuously, served alongside an ever-satisfying menu. 

We are seeking Servers interested in serving delicious dishes set atop elegant handmade plateware, cocktails that are as unique as the glasses they are served in, and work with a team that is warm and personable.

Qualified candidates will have:

• 2+ years prior experience as a Server in an upscale or fine dining restaurant
• Weekend availability is required
• Prior experience using a POS system
• Knowledge of classis wine and cocktails
• Able to work in a consistently fast paced environment
• Experience in a French restaurant is highly preferred
