Crew Members are the face of the restaurant responsible for providing great and friendly guest experiences. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. You will prepare our food according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. You will work as part of a team to meet our guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.
Job Duties
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Attend to customers upon entrance
- Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
- Take and serve orders
- Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Serving customers in a timely manner
- Assisting in the training of new Crew Members
- Working within a team setting to meet sales goals during a shift
- Following the company’s security and safety procedures
- Arriving for the start of their shift on time and staying until all duties are complete the restaurant’s quality and customer service standards
- Moving efficiently, listening to colleagues and customers, being aware of restaurant surroundings
- Learning TOAST POS system and understanding how we operate, not being afraid to make suggestions and question current methods
- Reviewing daily sales reports
- Providing updates during weekly check in with Restaurant Manager on needs and changes
- Keeping all areas of the restaurant and your own belongings (clothing) clean and tidy
Who You Are:
- Dependable - reliable and consistent

- Adaptable/flexible - enjoy doing work that requires frequent shifts and adjustments in direction
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Patience and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible and trustworthy
- High school diploma is a plus but not required
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($10.00 - $17.00) plus tips
