The Continental Is Seeking  Culinary Team Members! 

 

Join Sean Brock, a James Beard Award winning chef,  at his new fine dining restaurant  at Nashville Yards.   The Continental is the signature restaurant for the Grand Hyatt Nashville. 

“The Continental is a restaurant inspired by the history of American Dining,  particularly  1800-1919. We will seek to create new dishes  and service traditions  guided by the creativity and spirit of this era. We will  also  revive some of the classics  that have been forgotten. The  dining  experience  will be fun and celebratory with  a focus on throwback service and elegant cooking.  There was a great respect for craft during this era and that will serve as our  catalyst.” 

 

We are seeking to hire  diverse,  dynamic and  motivated  individuals to join our  culinary  team. 

 

We are currently looking to fill the following positions: 

  • Line Cook
  • Culinary Service Support

The Continental is seeking career-minded  cooks  who  are  self-motivated and passionate about  their craft and  the  history of  the  cuisine  they are cooking.  We hope to see the following in our culinary team applicants:

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00) plus tips
