Two Hands Hospitality is hiring a line cook for our restaurant in the Gulch. This is a full-time position, and open availability (including weekends) is preferred.
$1,000 sign-on bonus, paid out after 3 months of full time employment over 35 hours per week.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 1 year restaurant experience in this role
• Open availability (including weekends) is required
• Ability to maintain DOH sanitation standards and uphold the cleanliness of the kitchen
• Basic knife skills
• Understanding of basic cooking techniques
• Ability to work/stand for 8-10 hours a day and occasionally carry up to 20 pounds
• Ability to keep your workspace clean and uphold the standards of the restaurant
• Must be available weekends
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to follow instructions
• Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
