The Lambs Club, relaunching under new partners Chef Jack Logue, (Zagat 30 Under 30, Michelin stars at Betony and Clocktower), and Chris Miller (Café Boulud, Atera), are in search of a professional and dedicated part-time seasonal banquet captains.
Bartending experience a plus, but not in need of a dedicated bartender.
We are looking for an experienced, skilled, motivated and engaging creative presence in our Restaurant.

- Can articulate food and/or beverage information that is clear, accurate and consistent.
- Have sound working knowledge of computer systems such as Salido.
- Are comfortable motivating large groups of people.
- Have a passion for hospitality, good food, fine wine, custom drinks, excellent service and hard work.
Requirements.
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent English knowledge; second language will be considered a plus.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Relevant training certificate.
