Kensington Quarters is searching for a Part-time Assistant Manager (3 days a week) to join our team and grow with the 13th Street Kitchens Family. Kensington Quarters takes pride in growing our management team to provide exceptional service on the floor. Responsibilities:

• Manage all day-to-day operations

• Upkeep the cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant 

• Assist with beverage program, including beverage inventory and COGS

• R&D for the beverage program 

• Understanding of general restaurant knowledge for COGS, Labor Cost, and Direct Expenses

• Help to manage the GM in all COGS and general expenses  

• Assist the GM in hiring and staff training

Required Skills:

• A minimum of 1-2 years management experience

• Bartending experience

• Leadership & organizational management skills

• Enthusiastic in staff training and guest interaction

• General understanding in restaurant finances

• Knowledge and execution of our HR policies & procedures

• Lightspeed/Upserve POS and Google Docs experience is a plus

• Natural wine, Local Beer, and Craft Cocktail knowledge
