Job Details
Under the Sun is seeking Back of House staff, pizza makers, and line cooks!

What you can expect from us:

-$22-$30 hour in our team, tip-sharing system!

-Shift meals, shift beers, and health insurance after 60 days.

-A fun 4-day work week with 3 days off and a flexible schedule!

-Weekly live music nights!

-Team system where all tips and work are shared between FOH and BOH.

-Room to grow in an environment that welcomes independent thinking and empowerment. We highly encourage line cooks and servers to pursue management roles within our company.

What we will expect from you:

-We believe in enlightened hospitality and look for our core values of discipline, communication, patience, excellence, optimism, compassion, and trust to shine through daily.

-An openness to learning time-tested systems.

-Must be seeking full time employment and be available full-time for the next six months.

-We seek applicants who will maximize their positive daily impact amongst our staff and with each guest interaction.

-The ability to be punctual and to take pride in your work.

-Kitchen experience is a plus!

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($13.65) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $500
