Sqirl is growing with dinner service!
With dinner on the horizon that includes the addition of a high level wine service we are looking to add an Assistant General Manager to our team who has strong experience in elevated dinner service. Currently, with only AM, you would train with our current managment team in order to understand the flow and intricacies of the restuarant and then the shift would likely sit in between the two services in order to be an ear of support to the floor managers.
This is an opporutnity to shape the culture and steps of service for dinner at an established restaurant that cares about the wholistic vision of the hospitality industry from our farmers to our team members.
Producer Driven Natural Wine knowledge / background a plus!
Looking forwarding to hearing from you!
