Batsu is a Japanese comedy club in the heart East Village. The restaurant side of the comedy club (Kogmae) is looking for a full time Sushi Chef.
 Candiate must have experience with sushi and Japanese cuisine.
This position also requires taking inventory and placing orders and working within proper sanitation guildlines.
