Mission Taqueria is looking for an experienced Front of House manager to assist with organizing and overseeing daily operations. Your main responsibilities will be supervising the front of house staff and managing service on the floor.

Restaurant, hospitality, hotel, and/or project management experience are required. Familiarity with catering, delivery, event planning, and Toast POS is also a plus.

Daily responsibilities include the following:

Overseeing and managing day-to-day operations
Managing and maintaining recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and discipline for all front of house staff
Assisting fellow management staff
Offering general support for special events
Upholding our standards for customer experience, as well as food & beverage
Contributing to a positive and proactive work culture for all our employees
Troubleshooting, and self-starting solutions
Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback
Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Outstanding communication and people skills
Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines
