Little Nonnas Restaurant in Midtown Village of Philadelphia, part of the Safran Turney Hospitality, is currently accepting resumes for a Sous Chef to join our team! We are looking for a Chef with energy, experience and ready to do what it takes to produce at a high level. We are always searching for talented, passionate chefs that can lead the team by example, are detail oriented and enjoy Italian cooking and flavors.

The Sous Chef will aid the Chef de Cuisine with daily lists, delegating prep and working a station during service. On the CDC's days off the Sous Chef will lead the kitchen and Expo during dinner service. You must be an organized Expo who loves the busy times and keeping a teamwork driven attitude!

Competitive Salary 50-60k depending on experience
