Recently awarded our first Michelin star this year in 2023, with an additional Green Michelin star for our efforts in traceability and transparency in seafood resourcing, Aphotic is seeking a motivated and professional hospitality professional to fill the position of Captain. 

Several years in fine dining restaurants with excellent references are our prerequisite preferences, but we are also open to candidates that posess go-getter attitude, and a willingness to learn on the job under the guidance of our experienced and pedigreed staff.
