Michelin ** Commis Restaurant is looking for a dynamic dining room Captain to deliver a polished and sharp service to our guests under the direction and in cooperation with the Managment. Responsibilities include dining setup before service ( sweeping, folding napkins, polishing wares and furniture pieces, etc. ) and breakdown after service closing duties (sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, oiling table tops, restocking and all neccesasry preparation for the following day). Weekly deep cleaning is part of this postion and aiding the Wine Director with monthly wine inventory is part of this position.
This postions pays $85,000 - $92,000 annually.
