- Follow recipes and culinary guidelines to ensure consistency and the highest standards of taste and presentation.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to maintain an efficient and organized workflow during service.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and the highest quality of ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Exhibit creativity and a keen eye for detail, bringing innovation to our menu and daily specials.
- Uphold our commitment to exceptional food quality, aiming to exceed guest expectations with every dish.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fine dining restaurant or upscale culinary establishment.
- Proficient in preparing steaks and seafood to different levels of doneness and skilled in Louisiana-style cooking techniques.
- Knowledgeable about various cooking methods and culinary trends.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and delivering consistent results.
