Job Requirements/Expectations:
- Work collaboratively with Maitre D to operate the reservations books for each shift
- Greeting and seating guests at tables
- Resetting tables for incoming tables
- Ability to work efficiently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Complete opening and closing sidework.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be able to lift 50 Pounds and work while standing for long periods.
- Ability to climb and descend stairs often while working is a must.
