Job Details

Founded in 2019, Zeppelin Restaurant & Bar serves up sushi and Japanese charcoal grilled yakitori. We are open every day of the year including holidays from 4-11pm, and offer karoake on the weekends.

We are currently looking for a full time host with weekdays and weekend availabilty, preferably Tuesday-Saturday.

Experience not required but is preferred, knowlege of OpenTable or other reservation systems preferred as well. This would make a great postition for anyone looking to start in the hospitality field to then move into a server role over time.

Job roles include but are not limited to:

Manage all incoming calls and answer in a timely manner. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Create a warm, welcoming, and exciting environment for guests to enjoy
Able to anticipate needs of any guest and communicate to manager.
Excellent ability to multitask and attention to detail.
Experienced with reservation systems including Open Table.
Seat guests by finding a proper available table.
Be able to think ahead and plan strategically to accommodate walk-in guests without a reservation.
Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings according to dining room standard.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support all teams to reach common goals of guest satisfaction
Stand, walk, and climb stairs in a multi-level operation for an extended period.

Rate is 18/hr.
