We are now looking for a professional, systems-minded leadership team with a guest-first mentality to lead one of our most exciting kitchens. Operating M-F, this new project aims to provide a thoughtfully executed celebration of vegetables and seafood to our diners.
We are searching for fellow veggie nerds, with a keen eye and appreciation for sourcing. DMK will partner with the regions top farms and purchase intentionally from GrowNYC farmers markets. The restaurant will exhibit a strong dedication to amazing purveyors, sustainable fisheries, strong animal husbandry, and the foods that delight us with stories.
