Mount Airy Restaurant Group is looking for a restaurant manager. We're looking for a team leader to join the crew to help ownership with day to day operating of our restaurant. Shifts are typically about 8 - 9 hours, with a realistic work load of 40 - 50 hours per week... and not a lot of late nights!
The right candidates should be energetic and team oriented, with a solid knowledge of Craft Beer, Wine, and Cocktails, and be able to perform the following tasks:
- Work both AM & PM shifts, including opening and closing the restaurant on various shifts
- Training new employees on steps of service, getting them acclimated to our team's culture
- Being hands-on with guest service and dealing with guest issues
- Being both a mentor to and a member of the restaurant team at all times
- Able to work long hours on their feet
- Be available some Holidays
- Be Awesome - at least a good portion of the time
