The George Trois Group, a North Shore mainstay for over 18 years is searching for a Line Cook at our classic French bistro, Aboyer in Winnetka. Named for "the barker" (expeditor) in a French kitchen, Aboyer continues Michael Lachowicz's career as one of the leading practitioners of French cuisine in Chicago. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about cooking and have a spirit to serve our Guests. We are looking for individuals who are motivated to grow and improve their skills as culinarians.
Culinary degree not required, but high standards of sanitation and a commitment to working well with others in a poised and professional manner are a must.
Applicants must be available nights and weekends, including Sundays.
We are a growing group, having opened our third restaurant in February 2023, and we are committed to developing our people.
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience)
