PIZZERIA SALVY, the newest restaurant from Chef Marc Vetri, is adding core members to our service staff in our newly opened Pizzeria. We are seeking motivated, energetic, and dedicated restaurant professionals who thrive in a fast paced, team focused environment. James Beard Award winner, Chef Marc Vetri is the founder of the critically acclaimed Vetri Family of Restaurants. A Philadelphia native, Vetri is looking to expand the city’s food scene by offering a variety of pizzas made with local house-milled flours, seasonal toppings, artfully crafted cocktails and a diverse wine and beer program. Salvy is opening soon and is actively looking for talented people to join our team.

Our group strives to provide a personable, refined experience that remains in line with the Vetri group's ethos while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere for all of our guests to enjoy. Our FOH team will be the face and spirit of our restaurant, maintaining the flow and energy of our dining room through both lunch and dinner services. Experience in serving, food running, bar and coffee programs are encouraged but not required. Basic understanding of POS systems and both fine and fast casual dining experiences are also encouraged but not required.

Our team is filled with individuals who are lovers of pizza, Philadelphia culture, and creating a memorable dining experience for each diner who comes through our doors.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
