We are looking for a FOH Cashier/Busser to join our team at Moo's Craft Barbecue. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include taking food orders, serving food trays, clearing tables, resetting tables, stocking supplies, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be friendly, reliable, and have an eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders and process on POS
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any additional requests or needs
- Anticipate and address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive dining experience
- Handle all transactions accurately and responsibly
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting and resetting tables
- Follow all safety and sanitatio nd beverage menus B Ability to memorize and accurately recall menu items and specials
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Basic Proficiency in word, excel.
