Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operations of our fine dining restaurant group, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and inspire a team of talented professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets.
• Collaborate with the executive chef and events team to deliver outstanding culinary experiences for our guests, both in the restaurant and during special events.
• Ensure adherence to high standards of food quality, presentation, and service consistency.
• Monitor and manage operational costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to maximize profitability.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, vendors, and partners, ensuring strong partnerships and repeat business.
• Implement effective marketing and promotional initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract new clientele.
• Monitor industry trends and competition to stay ahead of the market and make strategic business decisions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-end, fine dining restaurant, preferably with a European-style concept with a minimun volume experience  above 8 ML 
• Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management, cost control, and P&L analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth and implement effective strategies.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the restaurant industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, but not required.
