Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook various components of ramen dishes, including broth, noodles, proteins, and toppings, with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards to consistently deliver exceptional ramen bowls.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of different ramen styles, regional variations, and traditional techniques.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to efficiently coordinate food preparation and ensure timely service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in the creation and refinement of recipes, exploring innovative flavors and ingredients while staying true to the essence of ramen.
• Communicate effectively with the front of house staff to accommodate customer preferences and dietary restrictions.

Requirements:
